Ian is the co-founder and managing director of Appsium, a boutique software development company based in Canberra. He brings to Appsium a strong track record of leading and delivering high profile software projects, with award-winning results. Ian is an innovative thinker with extensive experience in interface design across many platforms including web, mobile, analytics and dashboard instrumentation. Ian is technically adept and specialises in conceptualising complex business domains and translating them into exceptional application solutions. He has expertise across a range of business domains, including grants management, risk management, medical records, supply chain managment and radar/communications systems. He believes in following best practices across the application lifecycle, is a certified scrum master and has driven process improvement in multiple organisations. He has a strong background in application architecture and is highly skilled at selecting the right technology to get a product to market.
